Products not required to have Nutrition Facts or Supplement Facts Panels
This group includes all consumer packaged goods (CPG) and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) not considered a food, beverage or dietary supplement for distribution in a typical American supermarket or grocery store.
None of these items will carry a Nutrition Facts Panel or Supplement Facts Panel. Instead they will often feature Directions For Use, warnings and contents statements which you will required to include in the provided "Directions For Use" entry when creating your Product Profile.
Typical examples include cleaning supplies, soaps, detergents, fabric care; paper goods; home office & school supplies; foils, wraps, baking cups; insecticides; cosmetics, health & beauty supplies; pet supplies other than food; dinnerware, flatware, cups, glassware, pots/pans; care care; tools and utensils.
Also included here are beer, wine and spirits not regulated by the US Food & Drug Administration (USD).
